CRUZ DESIGN SPACE is a collaboration between husband and wife team, Juan Cruz Molina, AIA, and Claire Pavlik Purgus, BARCH. 

 

Juan has been practicing architecture for more than 30 years. He is a partner-owner at DAIQ Architects in Somerville, Massachusetts, an architectural design firm specializing in athletic, institutional, and retail spaces. Juan's focus on residential spaces includes renovations of kitchens, bathrooms, studio apartments, and multi-units; and the additions of sunrooms, decks, patios, and new living spaces. Juan Is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He earned his architectural degree from Boston Architectural College.

Claire has a background in communications, marketing and sales; program management; editorial and graphic design service; architectural design; and decorative arts.
Claire earned her architectural degree from Virginia Tech and a post-graduate diploma in Urban Planning for Developing Countries from University College London.

Juan and Claire live in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
